
General Information
1. When and where will the convocation be held?
The convocation will take place June 22 - 26, 2026 in Tampa, Florida.

2. What is the theme of this year’s convocation?
The theme is “Your Father Revealed" inspired by Matthew 5:16.
3. Who can attend the convocation?
The convocation is open to all members, friends, and family. Everyone is welcome!
4. Is registration required?
COGATH Members are asked to pay the partnership dues as requested.
There are certain perks to paying the registration fee; therefore, non-COGATH members are encouraged to register.
5. What is the dress code / color for each service?
Monday Night - All delegates are asked to wear black and white; Clergy in Choir Dress
Tuesday Morning - Brotherhood black t-shirts with black or khaki pants
Tuesday Night - Brothers black pants, white shirt with black ties
Wednesday Morning - Women wear unity attire with your local church
Wednesday Night - Women wear White with Orange accessories
Thursday Morning - Youth t-shirts from last year (order link coming soon)
Thursday Night - Pastel colors with sneakers
Friday Morning - TBD
Friday Night - Communion - Clergy in Choir Dress. Missionaries in all white WITH HATS! Congregational delegates wear communion attire.

Schedule and Activities
6. What is the daily schedule?
A detailed itinerary will be provided at a later date, but sessions generally include early morning prayer, morning worship services, seminars, luncheons, and evening services.
7. Are there any special services or guest speakers?

8. Will there be activities for children and youth?
We are in the process of finalizing plans for a Busch Gardens outing that is planned for Thursday. Ticket pricing and more info will be available soon.
Children's church will be open for evening service (except on Thursday evening).
PLEASE NOTE: There is a $5 registration for all children desiring to participate in children's church!

9. Will meals be provided?
Breakfast is included.
A "Presider's Fellowship" is tentatively scheduled for Friday. Fee is included with partnership dues.

Travel and Accommodations
10. Is transportation available to/from the airport?
The hotel does NOT offer a shuttle to/from the airport. Please make arrangements for travel.
11. Are hotel accommodations available?
Yes, we have reserved rooms at Embassy Suites Tampa USF, located at 3705 Spectrum Blvd, Tampa, Florida 33612 (for a discounted rate of $!85/night (includes taxes and fees).

12. Do the rooms have mircowaves and refrigerators?
Although the Hilton is and all suites hotel, microwaves are not included in the rooms but every room has a refrigerator.
13. Will parking be available at the hotel?
Parking is available at the hotel with a required fee of $5 / day. You will be charged the full amount for the week when you check in.

14. Are donations accepted during the convocation?
Yes, offerings will be collected during [specific sessions]. You can also give online at www.cogath.org.

15. Will vendors be setup during the convocation?
Yes, vendors are encouraged to signup early once the information is provided. There will be a fee that must be paid in advance to secure your table.

16. How do I request special accommodations (e.g., accessibility needs)?

17. Can I volunteer to help during the convocation?

18. Are prayer services or altar calls included in the schedule?
Absolutely! We will also have a scheduled date/time for baptisms.
