I registered for the Holy Convocation and will be attending the Brotherhood Luncheon and understand there is a fee of $20.

I DID NOT register for Holy Convocation and would like to attend the Brotherhood Luncheon. I understand there is a $45 fee to attend the luncheon.

Brotherhood Gathering on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. I understand that I am responsible for the purchase of my own food and beverage.

Children are welcome to attend the Brotherhood Luncheon. Please complete the section below for children.

Prices for children is contingent on if they registered (age 11-17) or if their parents/guardian registered (age 10 and below). Provide their information below and you will be informed of the price for children. We are just trying to get a headcount.

Per hotel guidelines, children's plates are ONLY available for ages 10 and under. Choose from the following menu for children 10 and under:

• Mini Burger Sliders

• Chicken Tenders with a side of fruit

• Spaghetti and Meat Sauce

• Mac and Cheese
